1988

QSI created the qMix protocol

1993

Tensor and Quantum Solutions Inc (QSI) partner to create Quality Drilling Technology Inc (QDT) This was the first iteration of Tensor MWD system

1996

Tensor and Quantum Solutions Inc (QSI) merge

1998

Allied Signal (Honeywell) acquired Tensor

2001

Tensor Acquired by General Electric when General Electric and Allied Signal (Honeywell) merger is blocked

2002

Tensor and Ultima Labs together create the Centerfire Propagation Wave Resistivity System
